Editorial correspondence
Send evidence, a correction or a reporting question
The address for the esimly editorial desk is [email protected]. We welcome official documentation, a clear correction to a published page, or a question about the scope of our reporting.
What to send
For a factual correction, include the page URL, the passage that needs attention and a public source that supports the change. For a terminology question, tell us where the wording became unclear. That lets the desk improve an explainer without guessing at a private account situation.
We cannot provide carrier support, issue or activate a digital eSIM, inspect a QR code, unlock a handset, change a roaming setting, recover an account or promise a response time. Those matters belong with the operator or provider that supplied the line. The FAQ desk and standards guide may answer a general question first.
Compose an email
This form opens a message in your email application. No data is transmitted to or stored by this website; nothing is submitted to a server.
Writing a useful editorial note
The most helpful message is specific. Name the page, quote the sentence in question and link to an official source or technical document. A short explanation of the discrepancy is enough. This approach lets the desk reproduce the editorial issue without asking for a reader’s phone number, account information or activation material.
The form is intentionally modest. It does not create a ticket, hold a copy in a database or represent a live support channel. Pressing the button hands the message to the email application chosen by the reader. If no email application is configured, use the visible address in a preferred mail service instead.
If the matter is urgent travel logistics, a bill, an account, activation or a lost mobile connection, contact the operator or provider attached to the service. If the question is about a general term, the FAQ and device guide may offer a faster starting point.
